INFIELD FLY
In order to have the infield fly rule to be in play 1) there must be less than 2 outs 2) there must be runners on 1st and 2nd or the bases must be loaded 3) the fly ball cannot be bunted or aline drive 4) an infielder must to be able to catch the ball with ordinary effort. The umpire points at the sky and calls "infield fly".
