Given by the ump after each pitch to let everyone know how many balls and strikes have been called on the batter.  The ump will hold up fingers on the left handoff the amount of balls and use the right hand to show the amount of strikes.  When the count reaches 3 balls and 2 strikes a verbal "full or full count" is given.
