With runners at 1st and 3rd.  The runner from 1st steals.  The catcher will throw to 2nd BUT the 2B will cut the ball 10 feet in front of the bag.  If the runner form 3rd breaks to home the 2B throws to the catcher.  If the runner freezes, then the 2B will have to make a decision on if the runner can be picked off by throwing to 3B.
